AI credits measure the AI usage charged to your workspace. Longer conversations, larger knowledge context, and the selected model can use different amounts; a credit allowance is not a fixed number of customer replies.
Standard and premium tiers determine which models a plan permits. Premium plans also allow standard models. A custom tier supports a separately agreed model allowance; it does not guarantee more accurate answers.
Check your workspace’s credit usage and remaining balance in Dashboard or Account before changing plans.
Prices are shown in US dollars and billed monthly. Any applicable taxes are shown during checkout.
A managed WhatsApp session is a Chap-hosted WhatsApp Web connection. Meta-hosted WhatsApp, Telegram, and website widget connections count toward the channel limit but not the managed-session allowance.
